End of Season Dinner & Dance - Tickets on Sale Now!
Saturday 21 April 2012 from 7pm to 1am at The MacDonald Berystede Hotel & Spa
Venue: The Park & Ascot Suite, The MacDonald Berystede Hotel & Spa, Bagshot Road, Sunninghill, Ascot, Berkshire SL5 9JH
Dress Code: Black tie (lounge suits OK)
Cost: £20.00 per ticket for direct debit members, £50.00 per ticket for all others
Ticket price includes: welcome drink on arrival, 3 course meal with 1/2 bottle of wine (please advise of any dietary requirements when booking tickets), tea, coffee & petit fours and dancing!
The hotel will offer rooms at £100.00 per room for the night of 21st April for those who wish to stay over. Please contact the hotel directly to book, just mention that you are attending the Lightwater Rugby Club function on the 21st April to get the cheaper rate.
